This year ahead I believe I have many things planned but we'll see if any of them happen! First of all I hope to be making a little more money at my wonderful job that it is...:-) Really I do like my job but I wish I got paid a little more is all.
Secondly my boy will be turning 6 at the end of the month and I hope to take him up to the Dells to celebrate his birhtday.
I plan on in the next couple months to start potty training my baby girl. She will be turning 3 in May and I really hope to have her potty trained by the time she goes to the preschool room. We'll see how that goes though because she is extremely stubborn and does things in her own time like talking! She is talking much much more by the way and will be tested in January to see if her therapy is going to be cut down. I do love her therapist to death and I will be sad to see her go eventually but it's great that Emma has started using many many words.
Her terrible twos are definitely hitting also. She likes to throw many fits during the day and she much more whiny than Ethan was.
As many of you can remember Ethan was very active and still is today. Emma isn't like that to much but very whiny! Aggghh!
I will find out in March if Ethan got accepted into the Gifted Program at Washington. He was tested in November and we'll see what happens.
I would also like to look into the Ellis Fine Arts academy. Ethan is an extremely good artist and I think he could do something with it...I'm not sure but I would like to find out.
In March I will officially be in my 30's. I will be turning 31 and I'm not sure how I feel about that but I guess it's going to happen!
As far as my wonderful Husband goes he has been trying to get a new position at work and so far it hasn't worked out for him but I hope something comes up soon.
Like I said previously Emma will be already turning 3 in May and I can't believe she will be headed to the preschool room sooner than I think...craziness!
In June we will be going down to TN for a family reunion with family member's that I have never met. It should be very nice and I am looking foward to it.
In August Josh and I will be celebrating our 8 year wedding anniversary and Ethan will be getting ready to start his 1st grade year.
So many things....he will also be starting T-ball again and swimming in the summer. I will be signing Emma up as well for swimming this year.
I would like to sign him up for gymnastics and karate but I'm not sure where to do so!?!?!? Any suggestions? I know Gymnastics is sooo expensive!
This past Christmas was great! We went to DC again to celebrate with Josh's family and it was amazing! We met up with Josh's friend from college that lives there and he wants Josh to send his resume to him. His friend use to work for the CIA and says he has many many connections. We do have a couple problems with this though. I would love to move out that way because we not only have friends but we have many many family members that live out there! It would be wonderful. The problems are housing...is very expensive and you would have to make a lot of money to live out there. Also we've only lived in our house for 2 years and I don't think we would get anything from it if we sold it anytime soon...That is pretty much the main reason but it's a big reason. So we will see what 2009 brings for us and I hope there are good things in our future. I hope all is well with all of you and I hope you have a great year ahead of you. Hope to hear from all of you soon!
